The initial series of sessions is necessary to get through all layers of compression in the soft tissue. These sessions are normally done two to three days apart. Each session builds upon the last with deeper layers of compression (scar tissue) being released as the series continues. Once the core compression has been released, the series is complete. The series will take from three to five sessions on average, depending on the degree of compression involved.
